It's really CX season, but for me, at least this year, it's off-season. Any cx race I do will be purely for fun and I'll be focusing on nutrition and other aspects of both body and life until it's time to start base.
The first week off, it felt so weird not to have scripted workouts that it even threw me off my nutrition plan. But, I've regrouped and am back on track.
