Thanks so much for the link & the study. Leave it to you Uni type folks to hunt up some research.As a marathoner, I'm still a fan of the ice bath based on personal experience. Besides, after hours of running once you get past the first minute in the ice it feels good...
Aaron, I think the important thing is that it works for you. Since mindset is definitely one of the most important factors in both recovery and performance. If you dig those ice baths, by all means, I'll be sure to avoid depleting your local ice supply. :)
