I know, "newflash." But, it never ceases to surprise me when intelligent people seem disappointed when they don't get radical changes with a here and there approach to fitness.

It's a good article. Take a couple of minutes and give it a read.

Oh so true. Most trainers/coaches won't take on a client without at least a 3 month commitment and a lot ask for 6 months.

Like breaking a bone or since most of us have punctured our skin the healing process takes 4-6 weeks. When working out what you do today has an effect in 4-6 weeks. Give your body a chance.
