My Tuesday and Thursday classes are overflowing these days, so starting next week, there will be sessions on Monday and Wednesday from 5:45 to 6:30, though I'd like to propose 5:15 to 6:45.
If you're a woman and you want to be ready for those group rides come April '09, then this class is for you. Also, if you don't have a HRM, get a polar strap from Sheels. Feel free to bring your stationary trainer and clean road or cx bike, but come early so you can get set up. The building opens at 5:15 am.
