Spinning class

So when Kyle started basketball in the YMCA league, they gave us a week's free pass and last nite I tried out a spinning class at Cooper Y. Of course, I didn't really do the class so much as sit-in and do my workout and watch how the class went. Don't know if the one's I saw were representative samples, but it was pretty cool and way more fun than sitting on the trainer at home. Got in a little over 2 hrs that way. Also saw several friends there so that was fun too.

I've put up a calender on my website,
Calendar of events

where I'll post local rides and events pertaining to cycling both regional, local and national.

Thanks,
Marc

is there a key on your website that more fully details what "will be in the zone 2 or endurance pace" means, sorry to be bother, just wondering.thx.

With speed these gravel road rides will be an average of 15 mph. It's an easy, breathing pace not meant to drop anyone. As the season progresses the pace will pick up to 17 mph avg and the breathing will become more laborious. Eventually,March at the latest, these will turn into road rides and the speed will pick up to an avg of 19 mph. It's all about progressively gettin fitter, stronger and faster.

Disclaimer: These rides and speeds are meant to be approximate. Don't hold me to an exact number.

Just kidding. I'm on a long, slow easy pace weekend tempo. All intervals, with the exception of quick intervals, will be left to weekdays and individual workouts. If someone goes hard then they go. I can usually do an interval and still ride with a group at an easy pace.
