
One drawback of getting into good condition is that if you don't burn off enough energy it can be difficult to sleep, at least for me. All I did Friday was commute and lift weights. So here I sit sleepless. It's not a total loss though. I've made some progress on a report I have to do for work. I know, I know, you're jealous of my exciting Friday night.

i was going to get up at 5 to go skiing, but woke up at 415 with a buzzing brain. too excited i guess.
at least you were productive.
I know those nights...but I am normally too tired to do some productive;still too awake to go to sleep.
Last Tuesday I woke in a panic at 3:30 a.m. and was in the office by 5:30 a.m.. Productive but pathetic. Should've went biking, walking or jogging!
