clap on clap off. " Annoying crowd, please back away from the course. You're making us bike racers laugh to much".
hmm. yes, I suppose elite riders such as yourselves prefer to stay focused on the race. I'll talk to janna and see if we can manage to be better behaved next time. Maybe kazoos?
Ya, I heard those durring the race and was currious on where you found them... And yes, they are annoying however not as bad as the cow bell....
I'd say, get as many people to the races as posssible! And if the crowd demands cow bells, kazoos, or lazy clappers, GREAT!!!!
I am going to search today where to find those clappers. I'm ordering them in our team colors (orange and blue).
They had those at nature valley 2 years ago at the stillwater race. That hill was crazed with clappers and one guy with a drum. The drum was kind of melodic going up the hill. Good tempo. The only thing I found that really distracts me was at St. Louis. The last day somebody had a band or something in there front yard. Everytime we'd ride by the drummer hit the cymbals. Sounds just like a bunch of bikes crashing. After a weekend of some nasty crashes on was a little on edge. Lucky, I could laugh at myself for not expecting it.I love the crowd and their shanningans. Makes it entertaining for me also. I still stay focused but it helps to forget about the pain.
Jackpot!Oriental Trading sells these.
