Did the Roca Roller loop (77, Roca, Bennet, Hwy 2) tonight with my friend Janna and going counter-clockwise requires a lot more climbing. I worked on attacking while on the hill and carrying momentum on over. Hopefully this will also help me build more power for sprints and making breaks. Who knows? Janna is working on building her base and improving her spin. I think she'll be good tho. I mean, even after only having her road bike for a couple of weeks, she won the cat 4 time trial in Norfolk.
