Interval Thursday

It was sure nice to have company today, even tho we did different workouts. I focused on regular intervals with emphasis on sprinting up the slight hill despite burning thighs, and Adrian followed the training program for use with a heart rate monitor. Someday I may also do the heart rate thing, but it seems more important at the moment to learn to enjoy and force a sprint even when one's thighs are exploding. We had coffee at Café Italia afterwards, so all pain was worth the effort.
